If you want to try my current favorite breakfast, here it is:
2 pieces of toasted 4:9 Ezekiel with flax seeds or Natures Own Sandwich Thins
2 oz mashed avocado
2 tbs grain mustard
Sea Salt and garlic powder to taste
1 cup scrambled liquid egg whites
Cook and layer. Eat it as an open-faced sandwich.

Summer Chicken Salad
Summer Chicken Salad
*Making 2 serving
1 Cantaloupe Halved
2 Chicken Breasts (approx 8 oz)
2-3 Cups seedless grapes of choice in half
Diced onion to taste
1 Single serving pack of Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt.
Place cantaloupe halves face up on a plate as your bowl. Score inside to make scooping easier.
Bake or Boil chicken with no seasoning. Chop to desired bite sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and add to your cantaloupe bowl.
Enjoy

Oatty Waffles

Seriously? This could not be easier.
-1 pack of instant oatmeal. (Appropriate to your meal plan.)
- 4 egg whites
Mix together and let sit while tin preheat your waffle iron.
Pour batter into waffle iron and cook as normal.
That's it!!!!

Quinoa Recipe
This $hit is the bomb!
2 cups vegetable stock
1 cup quinoa
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
nusalt and pepper
So mix the quinoa with the stock, bring to boil then turn down to simmer put on lid and wait 18 minutes
While
waiting ... saute the onion with a little bit of olive oil until
lightly browned / Toast the pine nuts I do mine on the stove in a pan.
Get you 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds ready...

All I have to say is that if Tracie eats this and looks as fantastic as she does, that is all the endorsement that I need!
1 avocado
1/4 cup cocoa powder ( NOT COCO powder- COCOA powder)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp vanilla
Add to blender until creamy.
I know your are thinking it's a lot of calories, but its HEALTHY fat and NATURAL sugars! Nothing refined or concentrated. AND besides antioxidants, cocoa also contains zinc, calcium, iron, copper, sulphur and potassium. Cocoa powder also contains many components that enhance both physical and mental well-being, including alkanoids, proteins, magnesium, beta-carotine, lysine, lipase, even a neurotransmitter called dopamine. Just remember the word moderation! :)

Ricotta Cheese Waffles
Ricotta Cheese Waffles
2 large eggs1/4 C Lowfat Ricotta Cheese
1 T Granular Splenda, more or less to taste
1/2 t. Baking Powder
1/4 t. Cinnamon, more or less to taste
Preheat waffle iron. If no waffle iron is available, recipe can also be used for fluffy pancakes
Beat eggs with electric mixer on high for 1 minute to make them light and fluffy. (I hand mix)
Add all other ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Spray waffle maker with PAM or other cooking spray.
Pour all batter, should fill bottom tray.
Close and cook as usual for waffles.
