Summer Chicken Salad

Summer Chicken Salad

*Making 2 serving

1 Cantaloupe Halved
2 Chicken Breasts (approx 8 oz)
2-3 Cups seedless grapes of choice in half
Diced onion to taste
1 Single serving pack of Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt.

Place cantaloupe halves face up on a plate as your bowl.  Score inside to make scooping easier.
Bake or Boil chicken with no seasoning.  Chop to desired bite sized pieces.  
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and add to your cantaloupe bowl.
