Tracie's Chocolate Pudding

Tracie's Chocolate Pudding 
All I have to say is that if Tracie eats this and looks as fantastic as she does, that is all the endorsement that I need!


1 avocado
1/4 cup cocoa powder ( NOT COCO powder- COCOA powder) 
1/4 cup maple syrup 
1/4 cup water 
1 tbsp vanilla
Add to blender until creamy. 

I know your are thinking it's a lot of calories, but its HEALTHY fat and NATURAL sugars! Nothing refined or concentrated. AND besides antioxidants, cocoa also contains zinc, calcium, iron, copper, sulphur and potassium. Cocoa powder also contains many components that enhance both physical and mental well-being, including alkanoids, proteins, magnesium, beta-carotine, lysine, lipase, even a neurotransmitter called dopamine. Just remember the word moderation! :)
