Open Faced Avacado and Egg

If you want to try my current favorite breakfast, here it is:

2 pieces of toasted 4:9 Ezekiel with flax seeds or Natures Own Sandwich Thins
2 oz mashed avocado
2 tbs grain mustard
Sea Salt and garlic powder to taste
1 cup scrambled liquid egg whites

Cook and layer. Eat it as an open-faced sandwich.
